Conclusion
Overall I'm pleased with my final outcome taking into account that I completely changed my idea with only 3 weeks left till the deadline. However I do feel changing the idea was the right decision as otherwise I wouldn't have been able to fully complete a publication with my initial plan, which would have involved sending it of for professional printing and binding etc...
I am worried that the cards may look a little too minimal but the intension is to have them work as a complete concise set and I believe they do that quite successfully. In the end I chose not too use much illustration that I initially planned but opt more for a stronger typographical look to it, with each word having a different font which hopefully gives each one a different personality but work as I've said as a whole set. I also think the theme suits the subject well, using appropriate type, paper stock and logo for example.
The fact that I gave myself a very short time to do this it inevitably gave me problems when it came to printing, so much so that unfortunately 2 letters are missing from the final print out (Q and R). A further 2 letters (X&I) are missing due to the fact that there are not any cornish words beginning with those letters to my knowledge, ideally if I had more time I would come up with an appropriate solution.
This also means I have also not had much of an opportunity to have a second opinion or feedback from a tutor which is definitely far from ideal.

Flag
One of the reasons to chose a black and white color scheme is that it adheres to the colours of the cornish flag.
